Ascend’s first-ever Partner Summit took place over two days in San Antonio, TX, following a year of rapid growth that established Ascend’s new-age growth platform as a model for the accounting industry. The Summit was a chance for leaders from our partner firms in various parts of the country to really lean into what we’re building together. These exceptional professionals are all from amazing firms with incredible cultures, and the Summit was an opportunity to engage and inspire each other live and in-person, to celebrate the community we are creating and the achievements of our team members, and to bring more clarity to how Ascend’s culture model, growth model and talent model tie together to create growth and success that benefits everyone on the team.
Our vision statement – Stay Independent. Ascend Together. – really came to life over the course of our immersive two days, and everyone headed home with an even stronger sense of purpose, a stronger commitment to a PeopleFirst culture, and a stronger conviction that partnering with Ascend in a new way of doing business is the best way to reinvigorate the accounting profession.
